- 1stick of celery
- 1pc of carrot
- 1sprig of parsley
- 1pc of onion
- 1pc of anchovy; pounded
- 1clove of garlic
- 4pcs of almond (shredded)
- 3pcs of caper
- 2pcs of mushroom
- 1oz of butter
- 4Kgs Boneless beef
- 1pinch of salt
- 1pinch of pepper
- 1Tbsp of flour
- 2Tbsp of tomato sauce

Chop celery, carrot, parsley and onion.

Pound anchovy with brine, almonds and mushrooms.

Put everything into pan with pepper, butter and salt.
