  • 1sprig of parsley
  • 1pc of onion
  • 1pc of anchovy; pounded
  • 1clove of garlic
  • 4pcs of almond (shredded)
  • 3pcs of caper
  • 2pcs of mushroom
  • 1oz of butter
  • 4Kgs Boneless beef
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 1pinch of pepper
  • 1Tbsp of flour
  • 2Tbsp of tomato sauce
For Dressing
    Nutritional Information

        Chop celery, carrot, parsley and onion.

        Pound anchovy with brine, almonds and mushrooms.

        Put everything into pan with pepper, butter and salt.
